Oxford University Brass Band
The Oxford University Brass Band offers a great opportunity for talented brass players to play in a University-standard group. The band's format is of a traditional full-scale brass band, so we are particularly looking to recruit players of non-orchestral brass instruments (tenor horns, baritones, cornets etc). With prospective repertoire including a wide variety of music, the group looks to be both fun and challenging. The band meets weekly throughout term and rehearsal times will be confirmed soon. Social events also look promising with plenty of opportunities for the theories about brass players and beer to be put to the test!
